After reading through the replies there are some things I want to say:


1. IMO it is IRRELEVANT what inning it was

2. From the body language it was obvious to me what the batter was referring to

3. In Zone play and State play, Legion TD's have always informed me to keep a very tight reign on things because of the Legion "oath".

4. The player was walking away when I ejected him and gave absolutely ZERO reaction after hearing it.

Now knowing that it is legion and their stance on profanity in the oath, the F-bomb would be good enough.
